“What do I want?”
As busy professionals with loads of obligations and responsibilities to our jobs and families, this is a question we RARELY ask ourselves. When we do, we often feel guilty for being “selfish,” embarrassed because we don’t know the answer or scared because we do.
Knowing what it is that makes our heart sing is the most profound gift we can give ourselves.
When we know, and we accept it without judgment, we can pursue it with confidence and lead ourselves and others.
We can offer peace, joy, and compassion to our colleagues and families and help them define and achieve what they want. And the virtuous cycle continues.
I’m here to tell you that you’re not selfish. That after years of doing for others, your voice can be found. And if you know what you want, you can find the courage to go for it!
Your passion, your purpose, your “why”…
It’s out there and waiting for you to name it, claim it, and live it.
